René McCarty is a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant with more than 25 years of experience in Family Medicine, Women's Health and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). She enjoys helping people of all ages maximize their health, but has specialized training in the use of bio-identical hormones. She attends multiple conferences a year specific to hormone therapy. René has been treating women and men with bio-identical hormones for many years and has a broad background in women’s health. She reads and studies hormonal function extensively, focusing on hormone replacement therapy and the many benefits provided to her patients, as it is her passion in medicine.

Lisa Blackwelder is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 22 years in Nursing. Her background includes Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, ER and Nursery. She practiced as a Women's Health NP for many years after graduating from UT Tyler before going back to school at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center to earn her FNP. Lisa treats patients of all ages. She strives to manage the healthcare of the entire family, and encourages patients to be active participates in their own health and wellness. An avid triathlete, Lisa pursues long-lasting health for herself and her patients.
Brandi Malone is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in Internal Medicine as a nurse practitioner for 2 years. Prior to completing the Masters in Nursing for the FNP, Brandi worked at a level II Trauma Center with Trinity Mother Frances Emergency Room for 5 years. She also earned a Bachelor of Biology degree from UT Tyler before attending the BSN program. Brandi aspires to be recognized in the community for the exceptional standard of care provided to patients and treating patients equally despite limitations. She also aspires to build a trusting relationship with her patients to colaborate regarding decisions of healthcare.
